We would like to introduce a case of automating shift personnel number forecasting using RPA. Since the work relied on the creator's experience, the number of workers was limited, and due to manual processing, there were work mistakes and costs involved. Therefore, we updated multiple Excel files based on Excel data. We accumulated and analyzed past performance to forecast the number of shift personnel.
